How To Use
Directions
- Take 1 capsule per day, with a full glass of water preferably at breakfast time. Do not exceed stated dose.

The name Curcumin C3 Complex® refers to the three main chemical compounds – Curcumin, Demethoxycurcumin (DMC) and Bisdemethoxycurcumin (BDMC) – collectively known as “Curcuminoids”. DMC and BDMC work together to stabilise Curcumin, and studies have shown that these two compounds are more efficient to protect from oxidative stress than Curcumin alone.
Furthermore, Curcumin C3 Complex® is more soluble because of BDMC, therefore, Curcumin C3 Complex® is more absorbable in the gastrointestinal tract and is able to provide more benefits than Curcumin alone.
Ginger
